Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Math Quest. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Math Quest ("we," "us," "our") provides an educational math game for children, available at our website. The Service includes games, progress tracking, rewards, and related features.

2. Accounts and Children

• Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") who is at least 18 years old.
• Children under 13 may only use the Service through a Parent's account and with the Parent's consent, consistent with our Privacy Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login (we use passwordless email magic links) and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Math Quest offers a single all-access subscription tier:

• Monthly: $9.99 per month
• Yearly: $79.99 per year

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with others outside your household in a way that abuses the Service;
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Math Quest — including games, characters, graphics, music, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational use.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet any particular educational outcome, though it is designed with learning in mind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
